Docs · §1ME-OVR-01

Overview

Every coin is a capsule. You build a capsule — a basket of Robinhood-tokenized stocks and Robinhood Chain memecoins — and MEMEETF launches a coin around it on pons v2. From then on the coin's creator fees, paid in USDG, fill the capsule with the real assets, and the capsule drops them on whoever holds the coin.

1.1 The one trick

Every coin launched on pons pays a 1% fee on each trade — on its bonding curve first, then in the Uniswap v4 pool it graduates into. 70% of that fee belongs to whoever the coin names as its creator fee recipient. On MEMEETF, the creator of every coin is a single operator wallet. It does not keep the fees. It spends them, on a schedule, buying exactly what the curator sealed in the capsule, and then sends those assets to the coin's holders in proportion to what they hold.

Hold the coin, get the stocks. That is all it does. The rest of these docs is the plumbing.

1.2 What is in the picture

1.2.1

The shelf. 71 official Robinhood stock tokens on Robinhood Chain (chain 4663), plus any Robinhood Chain memecoin with a real Uniswap v3 pool. 42 of the stocks are routable today; the rest are dimmed with "no route yet" because the engine cannot buy them safely (§6).

1.2.2

A capsule is one coin: a name, a symbol, a logo, and 212 assets with weights that sum to 100%. Anyone can build one for a flat 0 ETH (§3). The coin is a pons v2 token paired with USDG: it starts on a bonding curve and graduates into a Uniswap v4 pool with liquidity locked forever.

1.2.3

The fees come from pons. Trading volume on the coin pushes USDG into the pons Fee Escrow to the operator's name; the engine sweeps and claims it (§4). Fees arrive as USDG — never as the coin. The capsule's fill level is those fees against the drop line.

1.2.4

The engine ticks every minute and checks each capsule. When one holds $25 of USDG, or 24 hours have passed with anything collected, it releases: the engine buys the assets on Uniswap with the USDG and pays the holders (§5).

1.2.5

The drop lands in your wallet. Big shares go straight to the holder. Shares worth less than $0.25 bead up in the holder's tray until they add up, then pop.

Read before holding anything

MEMEETF is not a security, not an ETF, not a fund, and not advice. It is a coin that spends its fees on tokens and mails them out. Tokenized stocks may be restricted where you live. Read §10 Risks before you build or hold anything.
